Exploring the meaning of community against a backdrop of a crumbling world full of horrors.
our Setting
Games are set in Scotland, in the time period after the zombie virus outbreak of 2025.
Society is shattered and crumbling, and we all do what we must to survive.
Against this backdrop of horror and death, we play to see what type of community might be created.
Can hope survive? Can we learn to trust one another again? Or will every person, when pushed to the limit, turn on their fellows like the undead that stalk the land.

Original Game
In 2024 we ran the event at Marthrown of Mabie. For future runs we are looking for a site that is more physically accessible. Watch this space!
The focus of this game is the meeting of two very different groups of survivors:
The Crofters: a close-knit community working to be self-sufficient on an old croft near Dumfries in the southern uplands of Scotland.
The Walkers: a mismatched troupe of paranoid survivors, picking over the corpse of a dying world.
This game is set in the year 2035- ten years after the viral outbreak. You may have survived the zombie apocalypse, but can you survive each other?
future games
The Volunteers
This game is set in 2032- seven years after the zombie pandemic.
It will focus on life for civilians living in one of the Army Evacuation camps, as they go through training to become soldiers, scavengers, or medical personnel.
We aim to cater for all physical abilities, with horror for all!
Lairig Ghru
This game is currently under development, and will feature hiking through some of the most spectacular scenery in the Scottish Highlands- the Lairig Ghru pass.
This game is set in 2026- one year after the zombie virus outbreak. It will concentrate on the march northwards to escape the zombie horde as winter approaches and the undead begin to freeze.

UNDERSTUDY TICKETS
We usually offer a limited number of reduced price tickets for participants who are happy to accept a last-minute change of character following drop-outs. In the event that there are no drop-outs, their character may have fewer vital plot hooks.
